Earth Sangha — Blessings For Our Planet (A Morning Retreat)

Join Napa Climate NOW! members Lori Stelling and Darlene Meltzer (Qi gong), and Mike Coughlin for Napa Valley Insight Meditation’s next quarterly retreat for all those who care deeply about the Earth and its healing. This nurturing morning event will emphasize lovingkindness practice for our planet, ourselves, and our communities. It will also include periods Qi gong movement, mindful meditation, inquiry and reflection within a supportive and restorative environment. All are welcome.
