Yes, it happened! On Nov. 12 the Napa County Board of Supervisors passed an ordinance to strengthen the state’s existing bag ban and to reduce the amount of plastic and other disposable foodware in our community.
With the passage of the Plastic Bag Ban and Reusable Foodware Ordinance, Napa County takes its place along with many other communities getting serious about reducing single-use plastic and other foodware in supermarkets and eating establishments. More…
