Welcome to the **Solar Punk Salon** with **Dr. Britt Wray**!
Wow, we have been wanting to do this for QUITE a while. To bring climate conscious community together and discuss big ideas with smarty pants people. And this September 14th, we are doing just that.
Brit Wray is a PhD and best-selling author who focuses on the impacts of climate anxiety, and how to over come it. She will give a short talk and Q&A about her work, preceded and followed by fun treats and activities here at the farm.

4PM: Climate Trivia hosted by San Francisco’s one and only trivia master Wyatt Robertson (@wyattandthewhale).
4:30-5:30 PM: Britt Wray talk and Q&A.
5:30 – PM: Social Hour: Socialize with Britt, us Solar Punks, and others good peeps about climate anxiety and optimism. Featuring small bites and local libations.
About Britt Wray: Dr. Britt Wray is a bestselling author and leading researcher working at the forefront of climate change and mental health. She is the Director of CIRCLE at Stanford Psychiatry, a research and action initiative focused on climate mental health at Stanford School of Medicine. Her latest book Generation Dread: Finding Purpose in an Age of Climate Crisis, is an impassioned generational perspective on how to stay sane amid climate disruption. Britt holds a PhD in science communication from the University of Copenhagen. She is also the creator of Gen Dread, a newsletter about finding hope and taking meaningful action on the far side of climate grief.
